Taylor'd Flair Policies

TERMS OF ORDER
• Your deposit is half your total and due within 24hrs of receiving this invoice. Full payment must be received one week before your event date to ensure your order will be fulfilled.
• All orders placed less than two weeks before your event date, where available will incur a $25-$50 rush charge and full payment is required at booking. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Order changes will be accepted until final payment has been made. Changes can affect the price of your contract and the increase in price must be paid in full at time of change.
• CANCELLATIONS any order canceled two weeks prior to the event date will be refunded at 50% of the deposit. Any order canceled less than two weeks will forfeit whatever payment has been received through the date of cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to cancel orders two weeks prior to event date with a full refund.
• ACTS OF GOD in the event of a natural disaster and orders cannot be fulfilled refunds will be issued at 80% or rescheduled where available for no additional charge.
• Pickup is at 11am. If a different time is needed it is your responsibility to request it prior to date of pick up. A late fee of $10 will be assessed after 11:10 and $5 for every 10mins thereafter.
• When picking up your cake it is your recommend that the cake is transported on a clean flat service. The floor of the car is generally safer than the seat. Once you leave with the cake it is no longer the responsibility of Taylor’d Flair LLC. Cakes and treats should be transported in cool temperatures, generally less than 70 degrees. Cakes should be refrigerated.
• DECORATIONS cakes and treats with the use of silver, gold and/or glitter items will be produced at the request of the customer with the understanding that these items are labeled as non-toxic and Taylor’d Flair LLC will not be held responsible for any reactions associated with such food items.
• Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
• On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
